Frankly, I have lots of mixed (well not well mixed, I admit) feelings about the EU. Anyway Portugal impressed me because they don't use nuclear energy and they are proactive in making the best of the resources that the DO have in house so to speak. That makes perfect sense to me. I don't think Portugal needs Big Brother pressuring her to do this or that. She knows what is best for her and her people....just my humble, uneducated opinion.

Seems like every building should be outfitted with solar panels...humm, I'll have to look into that.
